9:30 am Sunday mornings in our first floor Youth Group Room behind the nursery

The Youth Group (6th-12th grade) gathers weekly on Sunday mornings with the director of youth ministry, Stefanie Fellows, and regularly gets together for fun events. From cookie decorating and game nights to lock-ins and trips to places like 5Wits, there is bound to be something for everyone! We have lessons where we explore the Bible and what it means for our lives in todays world and engage in faith in action projects such as the Souper Bowl of Caring. Our youth have other chances for fellowship too with things like hosting coffee hour and our Lent dinners.

In the Homer Congregational Church Youth Group, young people learn what it means to be accepted as well as to treat others with respect, compassion, and kindness, according to the teachings of Jesus. We trust that modeling the love for one another that Christ teaches can change lives and change the world. We enjoy a range of activities which include mission and service, fun and fellowship, and living what we believe.
